The benchmark indices BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 rebounded nearly 1% on Wednesday, recovering from the sharp losses recorded in the previous session. The rally was driven by a decline in global crude oil prices and strong buying interest in banking, financial, and IT stocks.
Improved risk sentiment and easing concerns over energy prices supported broad-based gains across the market, helping the key indices end the day firmly higher.
