Benchmark equity indices Sensex and Nifty closed marginally higher on Wednesday, ending their four-session losing run, though gains remained limited amid elevated crude oil prices and ongoing geopolitical tensions.
The 30-share benchmark index ended at 74608.98 up by 49.74 points or by 0.07 % and then NSE Nifty was at 23412.6 up by 33.05 points or by 0.14 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 75191.57 and intraday low of 74134.48 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 23582.95 and intraday low of 23262.55
