The Nifty 50 and Sensex opened sharply higher, driven by improved risk sentiment after U.S. President Donald Trump indicated that the US-Iran conflict could potentially conclude within the next two to three weeks.
At 9:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 73690.31 up by 1742.76 points or by 2.42 % and then NSE Nifty was at 22854.5 up by 523.1 points or by 2.34 %.
