Indian benchmark indices closed near their day’s peak on Tuesday, driven by gains in auto and banking stocks. Investor sentiment also improved amid hopes of easing tensions in the US-Iran conflict, despite mixed signals from both sides.
The 30-share benchmark index ended at 74068.45 up by 1372.06 points or by 1.89 % and then NSE Nifty was at 22912.4 up by 399.75 points or by 1.78 %.
