Indian equity markets witnessed their worst session in nearly a month on Thursday, extending losses for a fourth consecutive day, as investor sentiment weakened amid heightened concerns over India–US trade tensions.
The 30-share benchmark index ended at 84180.96 down by -780.18 points or by -0.92 % and then NSE Nifty was at 25876.85 down by -263.9 points or by -1.01 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 84965.27 and intraday low of 84110.1 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 26133.2 and intraday low of 25858.45
