Equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty were trading lower on Wednesday amid persistent foreign fund outflows and profit-taking by investors.
At 10:50 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 84861.69 down by -276.58 points or by -0.32 % and then NSE Nifty was at 25907.75 down by -124.45 points or by -0.48 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 85269.68 and intraday low of 84763.64 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 26066.45 and intraday low of 25896.25
