Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty ended lower on Wednesday, weighed down by escalating tensions in the Middle East and investor caution ahead of the US Federal Reserve's interest rate decision.
The 30-share benchmark index ended at 81444.66 down by -138.64 points or by -0.17 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24812.05 down by -41.35 points or by -0.17 %.
