Indian benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty, were trading in the red, moving cautiously as tensions escalated between Iran and Israel. Cross-border missile attacks entered their fifth consecutive day, with reports indicating that Israeli airstrikes had damaged Iran’s underground uranium enrichment site at Natanz.
At 12:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 81354.22 down by -229.08 points or by -0.28 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24791.45 down by -61.95 points or by -0.25 %.
