Bajaj Consumer Care Limited has appointed Jitendra Mahajan as an Independent Director on its Board, effective October 14, 2026.
Mahajan brings over three decades of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, having worked with leading companies such as Marico, Britannia and Diageo India. His expertise spans business strategy, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, digital transformation, innovation, sustainability, risk management and operations.
He has also been involved in driving profitable growth, improving productivity, transforming business operations, integrating acquisitions and strengthening corporate governance.
Kushagra Bajaj, Chairman of Bajaj Consumer Care, welcomed the appointment, stating that Mahajan's expertise in supply chain, logistics and business operations would benefit the company.
Naveen Pandey, Managing Director of Bajaj Consumer Care, said Mahajan's leadership experience and deep understanding of the FMCG sector would support the company's ongoing transformation.
