Zinc futures traded marginally higher on Friday, rising Rs 2 to Rs 367 per kg as traders increased positions amid improved demand trends.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), zinc contracts for June delivery gained 0.55 per cent, or Rs 2, to trade at Rs 367 per kg with a turnover of 460 lots.
Market participants said stronger demand in the spot market supported sentiment and pushed zinc futures prices higher.
