RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd has entered into a partnership with noon, the Gulf region’s leading e-commerce marketplace, to launch Cocoblu Global Retail in the United Arab Emirates, marking its foray into e-commerce retailing across the Gulf markets.
Cocoblu Global Retail has been set up to capitalise on the region’s fast-growing digital retail opportunity and will operate under a hybrid model, leveraging noon’s marketplace platform, technology, and extensive regional reach alongside Cocoblu’s sourcing and retail strengths. The venture will initially offer a curated portfolio of products across categories such as home, toys, sports, and electronics, with plans to steadily expand its range in line with consumer demand.
By utilising noon’s infrastructure and access to millions of customers across the Gulf, Cocoblu Global Retail aims to scale rapidly while delivering a seamless and high-quality shopping experience. A key objective of the initiative is to provide Indian and global brands with a reliable and scalable entry into GCC markets, further supported by the free trade agreements between India and the UAE that ease cross-border commerce.
Commenting on the launch, Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd, said the move marks an important milestone in the company’s global e-commerce strategy. She noted that the Gulf is among the world’s fastest-growing digital retail markets and said the expansion builds on Cocoblu’s success in India while opening new international growth avenues for Indian brands.

Cocoblu Global Retail will operate through the UAE-registered entity Neorise Global Trading L.L.C S.O.C, underscoring RattanIndia Enterprises’ commitment to creating technology-led consumer businesses and strengthening trade and commercial ties between India and the Gulf region.
