ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Platinum Urja Pvt Ltd, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SECI Limited for a 200 MW solar project integrated with 100 MW/400 MWh battery energy storage, at a tariff of ?3.42 per unit.
The agreement, finalised on 24 November 2025 following tariff adoption by the Central Regulator and approval from the State Regulator, completes the PPA coverage for the company’s 350 MW capacity awarded by SECI in July 2024. ACME had earlier signed a PPA for 150 MW in October 2024.
As per the terms, ACME Solar must maintain an annual Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) of 25–27% during solar hours and ensure a minimum availability of 70% monthly and 85% annually during evening peak hours. The project is expected to be commissioned by June 2027, supported by the already-approved connectivity.
With this milestone, ACME Solar has signed PPAs for 800 MW of contracted capacity—including 2,320 MWh of battery storage—during the current fiscal year, taking its total PPA-tied capacity to 5,380 MW.
