Travel-tech platform Hoi has teamed up with EaseMyTrip to roll out India’s first Smart Kiosk Rewards Program, a move aimed at transforming airport dining into a value-driven travel experience. The partnership marks a key milestone in integrating technology, rewards and convenience within airport services.
The program, already operational at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and Goa’s Manohar International Airport, allows passengers to place contactless food orders via Hoi’s kiosks, skip queues and instantly receive ?500 EaseMyTrip coupons on WhatsApp. In addition, a monthly draw gives one traveller a chance to win a ?5,000 EaseMyTrip voucher, boosting engagement and anticipation.
Running for three months, the initiative has already been used by over 5,000 passengers and represents a shift from transactional to ecosystem-driven airport services. Hoi says the model brings together dining, technology and future travel planning into one seamless experience.
Dhruv Godara, Deputy CEO of Hoi, said the collaboration reflects the company’s vision of airports as dynamic ecosystems rather than mere transit points. “Every meal becomes an investment in the next journey, creating a continuous cycle of value that extends far beyond the current trip,” he added.
Rikant Pittie, CEO and Co-Founder of EaseMyTrip, said the partnership reinforces the company’s focus on making travel more convenient and rewarding. “By offering instant rewards and travel benefits at the point of consumption, we are ensuring that every journey with EaseMyTrip begins even before take-off,” he noted.
The Smart Kiosk Rewards Program adds to Hoi’s expanding suite of integrated airport services, which already include real-time flight tracking via direct Airport FIDS integration, AI-powered passenger assistance, intelligent baggage updates, premium meet-and-greet services and duty-free integration, all designed to create a connected and seamless travel experience.
